We stumbled upon this underrated gem, looking for a coffee, inspired by the soothing entrance way. From that moment on, we felt at home, Saleem and all the staff were very warm and every need was thoughtfully attended to (including laundering our clothes! ;) The location is just down the hill from Auroville Village, and walking distance to Auroville beach. I wholeheartedly recommend the facilities & team at the Tea Road Hotel and look forward to staying there whenever I can :)

Service is good friendly staff clean & cozy rooms..only concern is its far from main city..,& u may not find much food options in the surroundings also..

Well planned hotel just beside the main road to Puducherry. Walkable to Auroville beach. Near to Auroville. Japanese architecture and design. Makes it unique. Salim, the manager is helpful. Con: no running restaurant with no in-house breakfast.

-Clean, spacious rooms. -Ample parking (enough for 6 occupants with car) - Food - hit or miss, if you don't like Chinese food - Great connectivity to everywhere - Felt secure and safe (stayed with family) - Great folks running it (Saleem is very polite and helpful, so is the team) - Got hot milk, hot water as and when requested for the infant - Strongly recommended

Nice Airbnb by the road, closely located to Auroville beach. Quiet place. Ample car parking for staying guests. Children will have some place to run around. A chinese is available in the premise, serves limited hours. Best to bring your own toiletries.
